Doral Barrique (70 cl)

On the nose it smells of white flowers, vanilla, toast and fresh butter.

The palate is round, full, with an expression of flowers, melon, toasted notes, and a slightly tannic finish. Served at a temperature of 12 degrees, it goes wonderfully well with fish, soft cheeses and fruit tarts.
