Its colour is deep and intense with violet reflections. It opens up on the nose with all its complexity, with aromas of black cherries, candied blackcurrants and final notes of spices. It is the palate, full and round, that it reveals the aromas of black fruits, roasting, with good firm to with good firm to mellow tannins, mineral and racy on the finish. We recommend decanting this wine 1 hour before drinking with red meat, game or hard cheeses, or, for those who prefer hard cheeses, or, for the amateurs, in its simple form.
