Sie produziert ihren eigenen Wein unter der Appellation Villette, dem gr\u00f6\u00dften von Lavaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style61\" align=\"left\">Nach ihrem Studium der \u00d6nologie an der Ecole d'Ing\u00e9nieur de Changins ist sie bereits im Keller t\u00e4tig und stellt 2002 ihre erste Weinwanne her. 2004 wurde sie als erste Frau aus dem Landkreis Waadt in die Compagnon an der Confr\u00e9rie du Guillon aufgenommen 2005 erh\u00e4lt sie ihr Diplom in \u00d6nologie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style61\" align=\"left\">Heute verwaltet sie das Weingut mit Hilfe eines Winzers, den sie 2008 eingestellt hat. Ihre Hauptproduktion ist die Chasselas. Sie produziert auch Pinot Noir, Doral und Diolinoir, Gamaret und Garanoir. Die delikate Gutedelrebe und ihre goldenen Beeren geben dem f\u00fcr unsere Region so typischen Wein ein blumiges, spritzig lebhaftes Bouquet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style61\" align=\"left\">Der Pinot noir mit seinen flaumig weissen Triebspitzen und seinen dicken, rundlichen Bl\u00e4ttern erzeugt eine kleine, dichte blau-violette Traube und gibt dem Wein F\u00fclle und Feinheit, aber auch Kraft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style61\" align=\"left\">Die ganze Produktion des Clos Gen\u00e9vaz gedeiht auf den H\u00e4ngen von Lavaux unter der Urspungsbezeichnung Villette. Unser Familienbetrieb erlaubt uns, noch jedem Rebstock so zu folgen, dass er die beste Qualit\u00e4t erbringen kann.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Style61\" align=\"left\">Der Diolinoir, die wichtigste Komponente der \u201eAssemblage Renardeau\u201c, ist eine anspruchs-volle Rebe, die volle Aufmerksamkeit verlangt.
